Who We Are

Osprey Martin Partnership was formed and built by Bill Connellan and Greg Heine, two local businessmen with roots in the Jersey Shore. We have established ourselves as a premier builder specializing in custom homes and extensive renovations. Our impeccable reputation and client referrals were earned through honesty, integrity and hard work.

We strongly believe in giving back to our community. We honorably collaborate with and support the Stephen Siller Tunnel To Towers Foundation. Osprey Martin was chosen by Tunnel to Towers as the builder for the mortgage-free smart home given to one of our nation’s heroes, Corporal Scott Nokes.
